Neighborhood Watch Meeting

Chief Scudder called me today with this information. MPD is holding neighborhood watch meetings throughout Madison. They would like to use Anderson for the area surrounding Anderson Elementary and Lydia for the area surrounding Lydia Middleton Elementary. They think it would consist of approximately 50 people. I think it's a good idea. It would help with safety issues in our surrounding neighborhoods and assist with community relations. Would we be able to assist with this? Myself and or an SRO would be present. Also, only the gym would be used and everyone would enter and exit through the gymnasium doors.
