We Connect - PROM EDITION
Dear Cub Families,
This Saturday is our PROM and AFTER PROM. Juniors, Seniors, and their guests will come in through Door 4.
For those attending prom and after prom I wanted to share the following information:
1. Prom is from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. We will open the doors from 11:30 p.m. until 12 a.m. to return to after prom.
3. If you want to stay at the school, after the dance, we will have changing rooms available.
3. At 12:15 you will not be allowed to enter after prom.
4. Once you leave after-prom you will not be permitted to return.
5. After-prom will end approx 2:30 AM.
6. Police officers will be on campus for prom and after-prom to help keep everyone safe.
This will help all of us as we are hopeful of a great night of fun, dancing, games, etc. AND that everyone stays safe!
Here is a list of items that will be at after-prom:

FROM THE MADISON HIGH SCHOOL PTO
Dear Parents,
Each year the Madison High School PTO hosts an After-Prom event for all junior
and senior students. After-Prom is a fun, substance-free after prom party that is
held at the school. This is a portion of the evening that allows students to
continue their Prom celebration in a fun but supervised environment. There is no
cost to attend After-Prom, and even those students who do not attend Prom are
encouraged to embrace this social opportunity. This year the After-Prom party is
May 15th.
As you might expect, making this event fun for students requires financial
support. Please know that we are extremely grateful for your support of the
MCHS PTO in all capacities throughout the year. If you are able to provide any
additional support for our efforts regarding After-Prom, please graciously
consider doing so. Gifts to this effort go toward supplying entertainment, food,
and prizes for this fun student event.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Checks may be made payable to
Madison After Prom and dropped off at the MCHS front office or sent to:

As parents, we are a key element within the quality high school educational
experience of our students. Thank you for your support! If you have any
questions, please call Lee Ann Imel at 812-701-3096, email Lee Ann Imel at

Sincerely,
