Our goal is to develop a personalized working relationship with our students. While some counselors have an assigned caseload for academic purposes, our team works together to support all students' needs: academic, career, and social-emotional.

Our Student Services team will

• work with students to develop academic plans that align with their career pathway
• work with each student to put them in the best position to reach their post-secondary goals
• provide guidance and teach skills that support student well-being and success

• Ever-expanding competitive academic curriculum including dual credit and dual enrollment courses, a vast array of AP courses, and expansive PLTW offerings.
• Strategic partnership with Ivy Tech Community College to offer:
  • Indiana Transfer General Education Core (TGEC) where students can complete their first year of college while earning their high school diploma.
  • Welding courses and certifications where students can graduate workforce ready.
  • Access to additional college level faculty and coursework in order to enhance curriculum available to high school students.
• Focused development of curriculum in 4 academic pathways which align with regional career opportunities in high demand, high wage earning career fields of:
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Engineering
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Medical/Health Sciences
• Strategic college and career readiness counseling services focused on community partnerships to enhance student experiences.
• Dedicated student counseling resources focused on 4- year intentional academic planning.
• An array of challenging extracurricular activities ranging from agriculture to fine arts to academic teams to athletics.
