Your Google Calendar can be an awesome organization tool but don’t overlook the communication possibilities! Calendar’s can be shared with people in your organization, parents, and students. Imagine a computer lab calendar that you don’t have to hunt down and sign – instead, it is right on the computer and you can see what days are open, click to sign up, and it automatically syncs with everyone else!
Below you will find some video tutorials and reference material that will hopefully help you integrate this tool. If there are additional tutorials you would like to see or specific training needs, please contact Jennifer Watson or Kande McKay.
